How is my tier set?
By your monthly GGR on the platform. As you grow into the next band, the rate for that month follows the tier.

No. Integrations, customisations and automations are included at no cost.
How am I invoiced?
Monthly, with a statement generated from the same ledger that moves the money, so the numbers match your own reports.
